Description:  The rails come alive on a cold and frosty morning after Christmas as PR-3's crew comes on duty, bound for customers within the Providence Port. Note 2009 is still sporting the unpainted door it received in a trip to Norfolk Southern's Juniata Shops for repairs several months ago. There is still plenty of fire damage on the long hood as well.
