Randy Curlin	General	This train has a lot more power than UP would normally use. UP embarassed itself by sending an underpowered eastbound train which stalled naer Emigrant Gap. Also UP had to scramble to equip detour trains with working cabooses because SP had yet to convert to full EOT ops. UP reallyt hated dealing with SP during this time frame.	4/29/2025 7:07:19 AM
